Tasty thumb

Chloe is a big fan of sucking her thumb. Every night we lay her down, she rolls to her side, and sticks that thumb in her mouth. Rumor is her Daddy sucked his thumb for quite a long time when he was little.

Spring is coming

Spring is almost here and Chloe spent some time "scooting" across the deck in her little car.

Mmmm...real food

Chloe has begun eating baby food in addition to her bottle. Right now it looks like she enjoys raspberries, prunes, carrots, and apples mixed with green beans :-)

Our little happy Chloe!

Tahoe

Laura and I headed out for a long weekend for just the two of us. We made it out to Lake Tahoe and took in some snowmobiling. I got this shot from the back as Laura drove.

Our first Snowman!

Caitlyn and Daddy got out in our second snowfall in a week. Since Daddy grew up in South Florida and Caitlyn has only seen snow a couple times, this was a first for us both. Nobody every bothered to mention that a big, wet snowball weighs a lot!

Let it Snow!

It finally snowed in Atlanta for the first time in a couple years. We ended up with about an inch, which quickly disappeared the next morning. But while it was there We all had a blast.

Global Warming

After a week of highs in the 40s, we hit the mid 60's today. We were able to get out and have some fun in the backyard.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year!!

Caitlyn enjoyed her first New Year's party and stayed up long enough to see 2008 get here. Let's hope Daddy can watch the bowl games without little miss cranky showing up.

Last of Christmas

We had one last chance to enjoy Christmas when we all headed out to Stone Mountain's Christmas village. We got to enjoy the parade, a train ride, laser show, and of course a picture with the Coke Polar Bear. Caitlyn also bypassed the standard "Can I have a necklace" souvenir in favor of the multi colored flashlight sword. I know that's what Daddy would have picked!

The Cross family wishes you a Merry Christmas. Caitlyn was very excited to get her very first bike from Grandma and Grandpa. We rode it through the house all day. Check back tomorrow for lots and lots of pics.
