Camping season is here

Last month we set up the tent and went camping in the backyard. It was going to be just me and the girls until 20 something stuffed animals decided to join in. You can barely make out Caitlyn and Chloe near the back.

Shrek 4: The Girls meet Shrek

I had to have a brief conversation with Shrek beforehand. I said, "Listen Shrek, keep your hands off the little one. Got it?" That is the only way Chloe would agree to the pic.

Cruisin' Time

We had the chance to take the girls on a cruise for their fall break. Here are some shots of our visit to Coki Beach in St. Thomas. The water was absolutely unreal.

Caitlyn wants your vote

Caitlyn is running for Mayor of third grade and here is the campaign poster we created. Her school name is Liberty Elementary so we stole a little from Mr. Hope and Change Obama. Her campaign slogan is "A Vote for Caitlyn is a Vote for Liberty"

First Day of School

Chloe started Kindergarten today. Mom, Dad, & Sister dropped her off and she was ready to go. No tears, just a little excited nerves and ready to take on the world.

We took some time out to visit the Canton Arts festival and stumbled upon this car. Chloe loved it and was ready to make an offer, but was a little short on cash.

On to third grade....

Caitlyn graduated from 2nd grade a few weeks back and earned lots of awards from her teach Mrs. Carr. Her favorite was the "Best Fashionista" award.

Chloe is officially a Pre-K graduate today. She celebrated and got her diploma last night. We couldn't be more proud.

Caitlyn is playing some great soccer and scored her first goal on Tuesday. Here she is battling through the defense.

Caitlyn had a visitor this past weekend: Frolix the Frog. Frolix lives in her second grade class and sometimes comes to visit for the weekend.

Ruby Falls and the giftshop

A few weeks back we headed up to Ruby Falls and explored the caves and the underground waterfall. However, the highlight came in the giftshop afterwards and you can see some of our shopping below.
